John Bolduc has been the Executive Director of Odd Fellows’ and Rebekahs’ Home of Maine since 1995 and has over 30 years of Long-Term-Care experience.  John is serving as Vice Chairman in his 6th term  on the Board of Directors of the Maine Health Care Association; the association provides education and advocacy services to the Long-Term-Care community in Maine.  He is cuurently serving a third term on the board of NCAL, the National Center for Assisted Living Services and represents Maine’s Assisted Living facilities in Washington DC.     He is also a member and past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Maine Health Care Workers Compensation Fund a  self-insurance group that includes 42 members of Maine’s Long-Term-Care community.                              John loves the outdoors, is an avid skier, and lives with his wife Anne in Kittery, Maine.
